Ziggo, B.V., a cable MSO in the Netherlands comprising the former operators @HOME, Casema and Multikabel, has placed a large initial order for the Arris Touchstone TM702 series of DOCSIS 3.0-certified EMTAs. Ziggo will use the in-home devices to market much faster Internet speeds along with carrier-grade VoIP service to the top tier of its more than 3 million residential and business customers.
