Herran will be the chief strategist and architect for all ongoing technology development, implementation and training as well as for identification, evaluation and development of new network platforms.

International Datacasting Corporation: Doug Lowther is moving over from his present executive vice president position at Irdeto in Beijing to become IDC’s CEO in May.
