Verizon Wireless has announced that V CAST Video is now available on the company’s family of Android smartphones.  V CAST Video can be found in the Verizon Channel in Android Market on all Android smartphones, including DROID by Motorola, DROID ERIS by HTC, Motorola DEVOUR, DROID Incredible by HTC and LG Ally.  V CAST Video on Android devices is available for a $10 monthly subscription in addition to a smartphone data plan.

Univision Interactive Media will provide live streams of all 64 of its Spanish-language broadcasts of the 2010 FIFA World Cup soccer matches from South Africa exclusively to V CAST Video customers’ mobile devices. The soccer tournament is just one of hundreds of live sporting events available on V CAST Video throughout the year.
