Cable ONE, the Number 10 U.S. cableco, will use SubscriberWise’s risk-management and target-marketing system to support the MSO’s cable and digital technology goals and operations…Israel’s Celeno Communications, a maker of high-performance Wi-Fi chips and software for HD multimedia and data home-networking apps, now has $24 million from a series E round of funding from existing investors Cisco, Liberty Global, Greylock Partners, and Pitango Venture Capital along with a new investor, Vintage Investment Partners. The latest round brings the company’s total funding to more than $68 million. Celano says it will use the infusion to further expand its 802.11ac development program as well as to staff up its sales, marketing and engineering teams.
