The two also also will work to identify and collaborate on joint sales opportunities for their mutual customers…Aruba Networks Inc. notes its wireless LAN (WLAN) solution has been certified for interoperability by the Wi-Fi Alliance for its Wi-Fi CERTIFIED Passpoint Program. Based on technology defined in the Wi-Fi Alliance Hotspot 2.0 specification, the Passpoint program tests mobile devices and infrastructure equipment with the ultimate goal of delivering a single, industry-wide solution for seamless access to Wi-Fi mobile broadband. The Aruba 3600 Mobility Controller, in conjunction with the AP-105 Access Point, have been certified for Passpoint.
