For the wired services, Transbeam’s Metro Ethernet-over-Copper (EoC) utilizes the Total Access 5000 Multi-Service Access and Aggregation Platform to extend service reach beyond that of existing fiber access. For the wireless solutions, Transbeam picked Adtran’s Bluesocket virtual wireless LAN (vWLAN) solution to provide managed Wi-Fi services at an unnamed Manhattan luxury hotel…Encore Networks inked reseller agreement with M2M integrator Access Wireless Data Solutions that has Access selling Encore’s Bandit line of rugged routers. Available in both commercial and ruggedized, industrial versions, Bandit routers are designed for M2M apps in harsh network environments.
