Optical communication provider Oclaro Inc. and Opnext Inc. say shareholders have given the nod to their merger, which closed July 23. The combined company will continue to operate under the Oclaro name, sporting a new logo and brand identity…Belden Inc. now is closer to its acquisition of Miranda Technologies; more than 21 million Miranda shares representing approximately 95 percent of it outstanding common shares, were deposited in Belden’s effort to acquire all of the outstanding common shares by July 24.
