Broadstripe (formerly Millennium Digital) will acquire James Cable, which passes 125K homes in 9 states. The deal, expected to close in 1Q, will propel Broadstripe into the list of Top 20 MSOs, with it serving more than 160K subs. Financial terms weren’t disclosed. Waller Capital served as a financial adviser to James Cable. Broadstripe is majority owned by certain investment funds managed by Highland Capital, which has committed to provide sr debt financing to consummate the deal.
