Cebridge signed agreements with Tele-Media and USA Media for about 60K subs, bringing the MSO’s customer base to about 495K subs. The deal with Tele-Media will give Cebridge 19K subs in KY, NC, TN, VA and WV. The USA Media deal is for 41K subs in CA, ID, NV, OR and WA. Terms weren’t disclosed; both deals are expected to close by mid-year. Daniels & Assoc represented Tele-Media and USA Media.
