What’s your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of the job is the people I work with, and their ability to roll with changes. I enjoy the pace of the work—and it is certainly never boring!
How do you define success in the workplace?
To me, success in the workplace should be measured by the satisfaction of your customers, and the experience of your employees.
Who would you want to swap jobs with for a month and why?
Samantha Guthrie. As the host for the “Today” morning show, she is in the middle of current events and also gets to meet lots of interesting people. However, I would only want to swap jobs for a month, because I would not like getting up at 3:30 in the morning every day to go to work.
