The assoc is giving away up to 800 copies of author/Summit speaker Fred Reichheld’s book. — CTAM’s Website attempts to calm Big Dig fears after a woman was recently crushed to death from a tunnel ceiling panel on her way to Logan Intl Airport. "The Big Dig problems are not cause for big worry," CTAM says. "You will want to allow yourself some extra time to get from the airport to the Hynes [Convention Center], but rest assured, Boston is still open for business." Boston’s T train can get you to the Hynes in about half an hour (Hynes/ICA Station on the Green Line). — We hear MOJO (INHD’s new male-oriented Sun primetime block) will have a vintage ’67 Shelby Cobra on display during Wed’s coffee break. MOJO will also give out prizes, such as air combo training and a year’s supply of intl beer.
