CommScope to Demo at ANGA and Cable Show 2010
CommScope is bringing a comprehensive line-up of broadband, wireless and enterprise solutions, including its recently expanded and now PON (Passive Optical Network) compatible BrightPath solution, to the upcoming ANGA Cable Show in Cologne, Germany, and The Cable Show 2010 in Los Angeles.
Reflecting the company’s evolution from broadband cable supplier to a multi-market connectivity solutions provider, CommScope’s booth will include a variety of innovative solutions for wired and wireless, enterprise structured cabling, and broadband networks.

Broadband Solutions will showcase its expanded BrightPath optical solution, which adds 1610 nm capable R-ONUs compatible with IEEE/ITU based PON solutions, and Euro DOCSIS based R-ONUs compatible with European cable systems. Broadband Solutions will also highlight advances in its MoCA optimized Signal Vision subscriber drop solutions, A.I.M. 2.0, the next generation of inventory management, “green” and efficient hydrogen fuel cell back up power options, and fiber backhaul solutions for cable operators.
Andrew Solutions will display its SmartBeam next generation agile network antenna, GeoLENs wireless and wireline location, InSite Connect remote cell site control and monitoring, and Comsearch spectrum management solutions, among others.
Enterprise Solutions will highlight its SYSTIMAX 360 next generation structured cabling solution among its innovative line of fiber, copper, in-building wireless and intelligent infrastructure solutions for data centers, campuses and building environments.
