The Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) and Comcast University today announced a strategic relationship. The agreement calls for expanded memberships in SCTE for Comcast University staff, providing training personnel with access to SCTE’s full complement of live, online and print training materials. In addition, SCTE and Comcast University will partner where appropriate on the creation of new technical learning opportunities.

SCTE Professional Development (Pd) is dedicated to providing cable telecommunications industry professionals with the tools and resources necessary to develop and advance in their careers. SCTE Pd includes a wide variety of materials, including: technical facts, tips and primers; mobile applications; white papers, journals and other publications; onsite seminars; and virtual classroom and certification preparation courses.
