In Stockton, CA, CLEAR covers more than 616,000 people with service extending as far north Lodi, northeast as Lockeford as far south as Manteca and southwest to Tracy. In Modesto, CA, CLEAR covers more than 500,000 people with service extending as far north Ripon, northeast to Oakdale; as far south as Delhi, southwest to Hilmar.

In Grand Rapids, MI, CLEAR covers more than 214,000 people with service extending as far north as 7mile Road, south to Route 6, east to I-96, and west to Route 11.

In Wilmington, DE, CLEAR covers more than 240,000 people with service extending as far north as Talleyville, as far south as Bear and southwest as Ogletown, southeast as New Castle, west to Stanton, and east to Edgemoor and Claymont.
