The WiMAX Forum has added four new members to its Board of Directors: Ali Tabassi, senior vice president of global ecosystem and standards for Clearwire; Dave Williams, senior vice president of wireless technology at Comcast; Thomas Lee, vice director of industry standards department for Huawei Technologies; and Bao-Shuh Paul Lin, vice president and general director of the Information and Communications Research Laboratories at Taiwan’s Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI).

Other members of the WiMAX Forum Board include Airspan Networks, Alcatel-Lucent, Alvarion, Aperto Networks, British Telecom, Fujitsu, Intel, KDDI, KT, Motorola, Nokia Siemens Networks, Samsung, Sprint, and ZTE.
