Cable programmers like Disney, Discovery, Viacom, Fox, NBCU and Time Warner agreed to show 3 hours of educational programming on each of their diginets. The deal is contingent on the FCC adopting this rule change and the Children’s Media Policy Coalition withdrawing legal challenges.
