Charter [CHTR] continues to draw from the AT&T Broadband well, tapping the former MSO’s CFO Michael Huseby to replace fired CFO Kent Kalkwarf. After Broadband’s merger with Comcast [CMCSA], Huseby founded and headed management and IT consulting firm MPH Assoc. Kalkwarf and COO Dave Barford were terminated in Dec ’02 in the course of a criminal probe in Charter’s accounting. The 2 have pleaded innocent to fraud charges.
