Charter Communications has announced that its Class A common stock is now listed on The Nasdaq Stock Market under the symbol "CHTR." Charter’s Class A shares were issued in November 2009 and have been trading on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol "CCMM."

"To resume trading on NASDAQ is an important and meaningful milestone for Charter," said Mike Lovett, president and chief executive officer, in a statement.
