Charter Business is expanding its voice service to include SIP Trunking for large and mid-size businesses through a converged voice and data fiber network that can scale quickly to meet increased utilization needs, eliminating the need for the customer to purchase separate circuits or connections for voice traffic. The voice solution will launch in Wisconsin and Missouri by year’s end and enterprise wide in early 2012.

Charter Business’ SIP Trunking is available in increments of 4-call path and scalable to as many as the business demands. It also provides disaster recovery options to reroute calls to any phone in the event that service is disrupted at a business location.
