GMC said it has grown to 40mln HHs from 9mln homes in 16 months. — Outdoor Channel has launched on Sky Angel‘s IPTV channel lineup. It initially launched in standard def, but the distributor plans to add the net’s HD and VOD offerings. — Bright House launched GolTV and Sorpresa on its Hispanic tier in Tampa.
