The Optical Entertainment network signed a long-term digital IP carriage deal with The Outdoor Channel. OEN will offer the standard definition net as well as HD network, Outdoor Channel 2 HDSM. The services will be launched in Dec via OEN’s Fision service in Houston, TX. — Comcast’s Prince George’s County, MD, system (home of Andrew’s Air Force Base) added the Pentagon Channel to its "Digital Plus" lineup. — TV One wrapped 3Q with nearly 23mln subs, adding more than 1mln in Sept. New launches include Bright House- Tampa, Comcast-Miami, Time Warner Cable-Kansas City and Cox-Humboldt, CA.
