CSTV will launch in Time Warner Cable’s Houston, Kansas City, Columbia and Florence, SC, and Akron, Canton and Youngstown, OH systems. In the next few weeks, the sports net is also expected to find traction in Adelphia’s Cincinnati, Hilton Head and State College, PA markets. — RCN [RCNC] signed a new affiliation agreement with Starz, expanding the programmer’s distribution to approx 390K subs across the overbuilder’s footprint. The new deal adds Starz On Demand, Starz HD and Starz Kids to RCN’s "Starz Super Pak" lineup. RCN will charge an additional $4.95/month for the Starz SVOD service. Starz HD and Starz Kids will be added for no additional charge.
