Terry is all about teamwork. Ask her about some of her proudest accomplishments, and she’ll point to various members of her former team transitioning to elevated roles, particularly two direct reports who were promoted to senior director roles in the Hub Operations group. She has climbed the career ladder herself, starting as an entry-level installer for Comcast. Her favorite part of the job? “Developing people and working with technology,” she says.
