Cablevision Systems Corp.: Kristin Dolan was promoted to president of Optimum Services, responsible for customer experience, marketing and sales. Dolan had been senior executive vice president/Product Management, Marketing and Development. In addition, Wilt Hildenbrand now will serve as senior adviser/Customer Care, Technology and Networks; and Brian G. Sweeney was named as the newly created senior executive vice president/Strategy, focusing on long-term planning and operational efficiency. Sweeney also will serve as chief of staff to CEO James L. Dolan.
 
Spectralink Corporation: Brenda Budzynski is joining the enterprise wireless provider as vice president/Global R&D. She’s spent 21 years of her career at Alcatel-Lucent, Bell Labs and AT&T in engineering management. Budzynski also served stints at JDSU and TeleCommunication Systems.
