Cablevision Systems today announced the launch of a mobile version of Optimum.net, its consumer Web portal for Optimum Online customers. The mobile platform offers Cablevision’s nearly 2.5 million Optimum Online customers access to their Optimum e-mail, personalized traffic information powered by News 12, local weather, and iO TV listings, all in a user interface designed specifically for handheld devices. Optimum.net for mobile is available on all mobile devices with browsing capabilities over all networks, including the iPhone. Optimum created the site with Usablenet.
