David Juliano
Title: EVP, Marketing and Product Development, Comcast Cable
Education: BA, Delaware; MBA, Wharton
Social Media Quotient: 5

Why Him? Juliano oversees Comcast’s quartet of strategic businesses — video, Internet, voice and wireless — while also leading product development and deployment amid a landscape where customer expectations, habits and mindsets are in constant turmoil. Not an easy task. Juliano must also constantly think of ways to beat well-heeled telco and satellite competitors when it comes to "must-have" products and services for customers. With all the choices out there, this has never been a more difficult gig. But Juliano is known for "out of the box" approaches as he seeks to improve the customer experience.

Worth Watching: We don’t want to sound like a broken record, but the Comcast-NBCU deal could change everything — including the kinds of products and services Juliano hatches in the future.

Year Ahead:

Big question marks include the evolving wireless component and authentication, both of which will force Juliano to take that "out of the box" thinking to the next level.
