Why Him? Uva has recruited top talent since joining the network in ’07. The result has been consistent audience growth across Univision, TeleFutura and Galavisión. He’s working to expand Univision’s reach, inking deals with YouTube and rolling out a Spanish-language VOD service. Both could mean more ad dollars.
