Outdoor Channel Holdings completed its merger of Outdoor Channel by acquiring outstanding stock. Shares of the channel will be exchanged for 0.65 shares of Outdoor Holdings [OUTD] stock. — Eagle West sold certain cable assets serving southern NV to Etan Industries. Waller Capital served as Eagle West’s financial advisor during Chapter 11 proceedings and initiated this transaction.
