iTV software developer Zodiac Interactive has sold its mobile content search subsidiary Zodigo in a management buy-out led by Matt Johnston, former Zodiac svp, strategy and current Zodigo CEO. The transaction allows Zodiac to focus solely on Interactive TV 2.0 apps, said founder/COO Alex Libkind, such as tru2way, which the company will demonstrate at The Cable Show.
