Isaacs leads the OSS, digital video and fixed mobile convergence business units for Arris, which are integral to the company’s growth strategy. Passionate about positively influencing others in the industry, Isaacs says his most positive experience as a mentor “was attending the graduation of my mentee as she received her MBA from a program I’d suggested.” Though he acknowledges cable has made great strides, Isaacs would like to see “an improvement in the number of minorities represented in the senior management. This is important to continue to attract diverse talent to our industry.”
