Every cable company has its own approach to training. And every member of a technical team who has been asked to learn new skills has found that some ways are useful and others less so. Members of the CommTech Jeopardy teams that we talked to in Charleston told us that they used multiple materials, from corporate manuals to columns by Communications Technology columnist Ron Hranac.
