OneLink Communications, serving the metropolitan area of San Juan, Puerto Rico, and BIAP today announced an agreement to launch the BIAP Ad Widgets Advertising System. The agreement is intended to bring interactive advertising to OneLink’s digital subscriber base in the San Juan metro area beginning later this summer.

The Ad Widgets Advertising System is built on the EBIF (Enhanced TV Binary Interchange Format) standard. It is designed to deliver interactivity to standard 30-second spots to enable request for information, voting and polling, VOD telescoping, and click-to-call features. OneLink will also use these features in its own commercials to promote various cross-platform products and services to existing OneLink customers.
