Cable operator sites must balance form and function—but mostly function as they often serve as the customer touch point in a competitive market. TWC made several recent improvements to its site, including improved SEO, consolidated back-end indexes, streamlined project workflows and a CMS migration that resulted in a more intuitive front-end design. Within 2 days of re-launch, bounce rates plummeted from 27% to 17%. And time-on-site has gone from 2.35 minutes to 4 minutes. We won’t list all the other stats here, but trust us: They’re good.
