Gee continues to direct and execute Comcast’s e-commerce sales strategy, third party sales alliances and increasing acquisition and retention of the company’s customers who are moving within Comcast’s footprint. Her success stems largely from her highly regarded insight and expertise, and cultivated relationships with strategic partners. “I’ve learned that when you boil it all down, we all share the same common goal of growing our business,” she says.

What’s your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of my job is driving results and managing performance among teams across the country and globally. I derive great satisfaction from meeting new people, learning about different cultures and figuring out what motivates people.
 
Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?
I’m one of many who do not believe there is such a thing as personal-professional balance, but rather, a constant realigning of priorities.
 
Who would you want to swap jobs with for a month and why?
I’d love to be an international food critic, traveling around the world with my two sons. It would allow me to expand my sons’ views of the world, and also combine my love for traveling, fine food, and writing.
