During the Consumer Electronics Show, Axion announced the AXN-8711 7-inch and AXN-8411 4.3-inch mobile digital TVs. The Advanced Television Systems Committee approved the new Mobile TV standard for DTV in October making these new products possible. Axion’s new mobile DTV devices will sport a 3D user interface with full multi-media support (photos, music & video) and long lasting quick charge batteries. New digital LCD panels offer rapid response times for fast-motion video even while viewing in a moving vehicle, train or bus. The new Axion DTVs will sell for under $150.
