Aurora Networks has announced its presence at Cable Connections Week 2009 at the Washington Convention Center in Washington D.C. from April 1-7. The company plans to deploy its RF over Glass (RFoG) fiber-to-the-premises solution to bring the full complement of Comcast cable services to Broadband Nation and the entire DC Convention Center.

Aurora will also exhibit in the CableNET technology showcase, co-sponsored by CableLabs and the NCTA. The company will be demonstrating its RFPON, LcWDM (‘O’-band) analog transmitter solution, and Fiber Deep tools. In addition, Aurora CTO Oleh Sniezko will be presenting on RFoG and PON technologies at the SCTE Emerging Technologies Conference.
