Aurora Networks has appointed two key members to its U.S. sales team. Northeast Director of U.S. Regional Market Sales, Ed Kopakowski, and Western U.S. Market Regional Account Manager, Richard Olson, will both report to David Lang, Aurora Networks’ vice president of sales for the U.S. regional market.

Kopakowski has nearly 30 years of experience in worldwide sales and marketing, with a heavy focus on the fiber-optic and cable markets. Most recently with Pacific Broadband Networks, Kopakowski has led national sales teams for companies including C-Cor, Sony and General Instrument.

Olson has more than 25 years working with corporate, regional and systems engineering. Prior to joining the company, he held management positions with C-Cor, Falcon Holding Group and TCI.
