Harmonic has announced that that Atlantic Broadband is implementing the Narrowcast Services Gateway 9000 universal edgeQAM for a new video-on-demand service in Delaware and Maryland. The NSG 9000 is an edgeQAM platform designed to be used by cable operators for switched digital video, modular cable modem termination system, broadcast, VOD and edge encryption applications.
