— At the NAB show today, Adobe Systems released into general circulation Adobe Primetime (formerly Project Primetime), a video publishing and monetization platform for programmers and pay-TV providers. The platform integrates Adobe’s video publishing, player, DRM, advertising and analytics products to help operators reach multiscreen audiences while offering new monetization opportunities for programmers and MSOs. According to Adobe, Comcast has been using several Primetime modular components across certain XFinity Web properties “to deliver and monetize IP-delivered video and give their subscribers access to their favorite content via these properties.”
