ARRIS has extended its relationship with the National Cable Television Cooperative (NCTC) to supply NCTC members with end-to-end broadband access solutions through 2011. Under the agreement, ARRIS will be the exclusive supplier, through NCTC, of an expanded line of customer premises E-MTA equipment.

NCTC is comprised of 950 member companies, serving over 26.7 million households in the United States.

“We are very pleased to announce the extension of our purchase agreement with ARRIS,” said Richard Frey, NCTC VP and GM/Hardware, in a statement. “Our membership has been successfully deploying ARRIS solutions in their systems for years and this new agreement provides members with more competitive prices on select E-MTAs and continues to provide members with ARRIS’ highly regarded after-sales support, as they roll out carrier grade voice, video and high speed data service to their growing customer base.”
