President/Founder Carlsen Resources

CRI is a consistent industry resource providing executive searches and consulting in cable, media, entertainment and technology. Carlsen deeply understands the industries she serves, the needs of her clients and the broader marketplace in which they operate. It’s not surprising, then, that “Brokering the deal that lands someone their big dream job and knowing it will not only be a career-defining moment for them but also a life changing event for their entire family” is her favorite part of the job. Under Carlsen’s leadership, CRI has become the gold standard among boutique firms. She also has established CRI as a firm committed to recruiting and mentoring strong minority clients.
