ANGA Cable has broken last year’s booking record, with 373 exhibitors from 33 countries scheduled for the 2009 show (previous year: 369). This year’s ANGA Show will take place from May 26-28 in Cologne, Germany.

The highlight of the English congress program will be the international Broadband Summit on the second day of the event. Under the headline "Cable vs. Wireless: Next Generation Competitors?" CEOs and CTOs from five countries will discuss the effects of new wireless networks (such as LTE and Wimax) on the broadband competition in Europe. The Strategy Summit – as the congress’ kick-off – will again be the floor for representatives of German network operators and content providers.
