What’s your favorite part of your job?
The favorite part of my job is by far working with the talented, passionate and innovative people at Comcast.
How do you define success in the workplace?
Success is a journey. That includes having positive relationships with my boss, colleagues and employees, mentoring and inspiring our team to meet business objectives.
What’s been the biggest story in cable this year?
The Comcast story continues to be around innovation in the residential and commercial space. At Comcast we’ve introduced a new product platform—X1, launched Xfinity Home and continue to innovate around residential and commercial products and the customer experience.
Who would you want to swap jobs with for a month and why?
I’d trade with the head of research at Life Technologies or Genentech—I am fascinated at how technology is providing us better insight and answers to biology, medicine, and human potential.
