Amobee Media Systems has agreed to acquire London-based mobile advertising agency RingRing Media. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The acquisition advances Amobee’s goal of creating a large mobile advertising exchange dedicated to connecting publishers, advertising agencies and brands to premium inventory in real-time, on a global scale. RingRing exchanges more than 4 billion impressions per month. Amobee’s customers include Telefonica and Vodafone Group. (For more on the consolidating mobile advertising industry, click here).
