The new Frameworx application, designed for communications industry professionals on the move, has made the entire Frameworx industry standards easily accessible to everyone, including the Business Process Framework (eTOM), Application Framework (TAM), Information Framework (SID) and all Interfaces. Easy navigation, enhanced search capabilities, orientation maps, overview videos, and links to in-depth documentation on the TM Forum Web site and member communities are all features of the new application. Frameworx comprises an integrated set of frameworks defining common business processes, information, and applications that enables a service-oriented, highly automated, and efficient approach to running a service provider’s business.
