The company reportedly has been in talks with N.J.-based security company DVTel Inc., and it also has been shopping its WiMAX division around.

PCN Technology Inc.: Dave Karpenske joins the company as COO, moving over from his previous position as vice president/Strategic & Corporate Marketing at JDSU. Karpenske will lead the strategic and tactical sales and marketing operations of PCN’s patented technologies, products and services.
