ATX Networks: Ofer Kachan joins the company as director/Business Development, EMEA, responsible for promoting and executing sales for digital video products and solutions as well as for finding new opportunities. He will be based in Petach-Tikva, Israel. Kachan had been regional sales director at Rotal Networks.
