Alonso calls diversity the collaborative spirit of “bringing together individuals with various experiences, backgrounds, approaches, ideas and solutions.” That spirit was tested in his biggest challenge of 2013: promoting the final season of mun2’s popular “I Love Jenni” following the tragic death of its star, Jenni Rivera. His team planned a strategy that promoted the show while being respectful of Rivera’s memory and her connection with her audience. He says that successful launch was their most ambitious project to date.
