Alcatel-Lucent has introduced its Triple Play Express (TPE) solution tailored to regionally-focused operators, utilities and municipalities in North America that may want to offer an IP-based triple play, but avoid installing a system that is too large, or too complex for their needs. Alcatel-Lucent’s TPE is an end-to-end IP video solution targeted for 5,000 – 40,000 IPTV subscribers.
