Affinegy Co-Founder and CTO Art Lancaster’s session, “Driving Top Line Growth by Managing the Last 50 Feet,” focused on the significant business opportunity and strategic nature of helping subscribers manage their connected lifestyles.
“Service provider CIOs must invest in technology and business processes that enable anytime, anywhere access to a subscriber’s connected home components including computers, tablets, game consoles, DVRs, smart phones, and all content such as pictures, music, movies, and documents stored on these devices,” Lancaster explained.
Lancaster also demonstrated the Affinegy Platform, the company’s software solutions that are used in the service provider’s customer care center, their business office and by their subscribers to enable and manage their connected lives.
